We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Vice President, Control I to join Operations Embedded Control-Transfer Agency team. This role is located in Wroclaw.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Conducting Embedded Control Reviews.
• Reviewing Operational Risk Events, internal Testing
• Stakeholder Management.
• Providing Guidance to Operations During Internal Audits.
• Providing Guidance to Operations during External SOC 1 examinations.
• Supports the achievement of team objectives
• Carrying out ad-hoc operational and risk support activities.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in financial operations, risk, or control are strongly preferred
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education is required
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience is preferred
