RTR Accountant with English

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

to join our client team in Gdańsk. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Gdańsk, Poland

: Minimum 10 days per month.

• Processing, execution, and compliance of month-end activities.
• Month-end closing, balance sheet accounts reconciliation, balance sheet review.
• Manual journal entries and intercompany reconciliation.
• Preparing month-end reports.
• Executing internal controls over financial reporting.
• Handling VAT postings accurately and timely.
• Managing fixed assets and ensuring proper accounting.
• Processing payroll postings.
• Managing accruals and prepayments.
• Supporting internal and external audits.
• Ensuring that daily operations are carried out according to set targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, SAP.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken (min B2).
• Experience in Shared Service Centers (SSC) and complex accounting processes is highly desirable.
