Plant Controller

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Plant Financial Controller for our client, an international manufacturing company. This role involves active participation in budgeting processes, cost control, financial analysis, and process optimization within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the budgeting process and monitor its execution, including variance analysis
• Monitor and control production costs, and analyze efficiency indicators
• Calculate the technical cost of product manufacturing
• Prepare periodic financial reports and forecasts for management
• Conduct profitability analyses of projects, products, and departments
• Optimize financial and controlling processes within the organization
• Support audit processes and liaise with external institutions (auditors, banks)
• Control and analyze cash flows
• Identify financial risks and develop recommendations to mitigate them
• Implement and ensure compliance with accounting and controlling policies

Requirements:

• University degree in finance, economics, or accounting
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing company
• Excellent knowledge of financial, accounting, and tax regulations
• Strong proficiency in analytical tools and financial software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems)
• Communicative level of English (minimum B2)
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
• Well-organized with strong teamwork skills
