Your new role

• HR administration support for German-speaking countries
• Preparing and managing employment contracts, annexes, and documentation
• Handling employee absences and data changes in HR systems
• Collaborating closely with local HR teams
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in HR or administrative roles within an SSC environment
• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with HR systems and tools is a plus
