To strengthen the need to manage Microsoft support activities, we are looking for an Application Support Manager to guarantee the quality of the Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations solution. Manage customer relationships, enhance skills in project management, schedule monitoring and budget management within the company

Work in the spirit of "total care":

- Manage customer portfolio

o Ensure compliance with contractual obligations

o Conduct backlog reviews and steering committees

o Manage metrics and guarantee service levels (SLAs)

o Manage customer budget and billing

o Identify risks and opportunities to expand scope

- Provide and coordinate corrective, preventive and evolutionary maintenance

o Analyze and process requests or incidents by implementing necessary fixes and adjustments

o Assign requests based on required skills

o Write functional and technical specifications and track specific achievements/developments

o Develop test plans and contribute to solution acceptance

- Innovate in customer relations and communications - “Beyond Request Management”

o Provide advice, assistance and training on customer portfolios

o Take a proactive approach to customers and anticipate their needs

o Ensure technology monitoring and knowledge capitalization by updating the document repository

o Provide quarterly communications on Microsoft products

Profile:

- Engineering school graduate (Bac +5) or Master's degree in Computer Science or Bac +3 with experience in application support or ERP solutions

- Experience in building relationships with customers

- Technical skills and team spirit

- Experience with ERP applications, and preferably familiarity with Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations solution

- Self-motivation and commitment, delivering high quality services

- Curiosity and open-mindedness, work with the ability to develop your skills and obtain certifications
