You will be responsible for:- Reinforcing the sales and technical knowledge of partners: Developing a solid working knowledge of Veeam Software products and the benefits we provide to potential and existing partners.
- Building and maintaining lasting relationships with key roles within partner accounts: Managing and driving business results for a selected group of Veeam partners, ensuring their sustainable growth. Taking overall ownership of partner aspects such as revenue, relationship, investment/commitment, and partnership.
- Developing, negotiating, and tracking joint action plans with partners: Working closely with Pro-Partners to identify new revenue opportunities.
- Discovering and updating the partner's pipeline: Keeping partners informed about Veeam news and promotions.
- Checking compliance with ProPartner Program requirements and driving upgrades of partner levels: Providing advice and assistance to Veeam Pro Partners on all licencing, product, sales, and technical requirements.
- Providing support to partners, including help with licencing and technical issues related to Veeam products: Updating and maintaining partner accounts in Veeam's CRM system (experience with Salesforce.com is desirable)
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English (min. B2-) and Polish (min. C1).
- Experience in the IT industry/ Sales/ related
- Good presentation skills and the ability to teach and manage performance.
- Excellent electronic correspondence skills, with knowledge of basic business research tools.
- The ability to connect with different types of people to establish positive and lasting relationships.
- The ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel to partners once a quarter within Poland.
