Your new company
For our client - an international company from Gliwice, building an internal centre, we are looking for a person for the position of GL Accountant with French.Responsibilities:
- Analysis and settlement of general ledger accounts
- Preparation of financial statements / periodic reports according to IFRS standards
- Keeping a register of fixed assets, accruals, etc.
- Reconciliation of the balance of the general ledger
- Consolidation and confirmation of balances and transactions in group companies
- Participation in activities related to the month-end closing process
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Creating and updating process documentation
- Preparation of documentation for audit purposes
- Active cooperation with other departments, company units and trading partners
- You will be reporting to the GL Manager based in Poland, Gliwice
What you'll need to succeed
To be the best Candidate for this role, you will need a Finance/Economics educational background, experience in a similar position, in-depth knowledge of GL processes, very good knowledge of MS Excel, and be fluent in English (min B2) and French (min B2).
