Your task and responsibilities

We are looking for an executive assistant to work closely with the CEO. Initially, tasks can include anything from managing communication with customers, basic accounting tasks, to making adjustments on the website. Work can potentially evolve into business development tasks as well.

• Administrative assistance for CEO: tasks include including managing emails, basic accounting tasks, organizational and planning tasks, customer service


• Extended responsibilities may include: Managing social media account and implementing post strategy, Manage priorities, learn and support sales


• Learn about personal and professional development. Everything we do is based on latest research and findings in fields of (organizational) psycholog

Required Qualifications

• Fluent German and English skills (B2/ C1)


• Actively studying at a university (either Bachelor or Master)


• Motivation & interest in the field of psychology

Learn about psychology, mind and organization

Flexible schedule, 10-15 hours weekly, remote
