Document Control Services
Project context:
- Controls all aspects of project documentation (numbering & identification of documents, quality & compliance checks on documents, controls over documentation modification & issuance during its whole lifecycle) on multiple simultaneous projects, utilizing Document Management System.
- Prepares, operates and updates Document Control Procedures in line with the Company Standards & Project requirements.
- Prepares templates used within the project in line with the Company Standards
- Maintains a list (register) of applicable documents for the project.
- Collects the documentation from clients/vendors.
- Distributes the documents to relevant people/organisations (internally & externally).
- Produces and maintains Document Progress Reports for Project Managers.
- Controls, coordinates and supports the work of the project team members in the Document
Management System.
- Prepares and ships the Final & As-Built documentation.
- Organises and conducts training related to the Document Management System for the project team members.
