• 7+ years of experience working with OpenText ECM systems and administering Content Server .
• Experience managing OpenText Directory Services (OTDS) .
• Knowledge and experience with indexing and search administration in OpenText systems.
• Experience with LiveReports and OpenTextWebReports reporting tools.
• Experience managing OpenText Workflow .
• Knowledge of API programming (preferably jQuery ).
• Experience with patch deployment using System Center .

• Knowledge of tools such as Archive Center , OpenText Extended ECM , and Business Center Capture .
• Experience working with SAP Solutions within OpenText.
• Practical knowledge of tools like iHub , SharePoint Connect , Blazon , OpenText Imaging Webviewer , and Brava! .
• Experience with document archiving and digitization solutions, such as Enterprise Scan .
