The OTC Team Lead will be responsible for team coordination and performing advanced O2C activities for the newly established business service organization.

The OTC Team Lead will be responsible for the respective country or number of countries / cluster in the EMEA region.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Team coordination (organizing tasks and setting goals, solving problems)
  • Successful delivery of OTC process transition from local business to Aryzta BSC, Wrocław (transform & shift)
  • OTC process design and transformation. Providing business requirements for new system (SAP4Hana) implementation
  • ERP system implementation testing
  • Drive Improvement and Automation Projects in OTC Area
  • Dealing with escalations and queries from internal and external customers and resolving them
  • Manage team’s performance in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Execution of advanced operational activities for assigned BUs/Countries and activity clusters within the O2C area in particular: Cash Application, Billing, Collection, Reporting.
  • Supporting other team members with process knowledge and guidance
  • Performing ad-hoc additional tasks
  • Manage / coordinate the support for internal and external audits
  • Execution of project activities to successfully ramp-up newly established hub organization (i.e. enable transition of Finance activities including Knowledge Transfer and process documentation)
  • Ensure Accounting principles, group accounting standards, internal controls compliance
  • Establish and manage effective business relations with stakeholders, partners and peers
  • Partner the BU/country and the headquarters providing necessary analysis for decisiveness processes.
  • Drive and design AR and Cash Collection process improvements to build centre of excellence, best practices, procedures and manuals
  • Assessment of standardization potential from BU/country specifics and documentation of it
What you'll need to succeed:
  • Advanced proficiency with processing in ERPs (SAP)
  • VBA & Power Automate (would be an asset)
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of other European languages is a plus (especially Hungarian or Romanian).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting or similar would be an asset.
  • Min. 5 years of relevant work experience in Accounting and/or Finance
  • Min. 3 years of experience managing a team
  • Experience with process transitions and SAP implementation
  • Strong work experience with execution of Accounts Receivable processes
  • Work experience in a Shared Service Finance organization
  • Project work experience
  • People Management
  • Process automation-related skillset required
