Deductions Process expert

We are hiring for our client for the role of Process Expert in the area of Deductions Management. We are looking for an experienced professional to support the implementation of the Deductions Management system across European business units, ensuring process standardization and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a process expert in the implementation of the Deductions Management system across European business units.
• Drive standardization of deduction-related processes across various business units.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the SAP upgrade project.
• Lead change management and ensure process readiness within the deductions management area.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in finance, controlling, or deductions management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, particularly in financial and deduction-related processes.
• Experience in implementation or transformation projects (SME experience is a plus).
• Ability to work in an international and cross-functional environment.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2/C1 level).
