For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of: Data Engineer (Scala + Spark) 💼 Location: 100% remote 🕒 Working hours: 8:00–16:00 CET 💰 Rate: 160 PLN/h (B2B) 📅 Start date: ASAP 📆 Project duration: Until the end of the year, with possible extension 🌍 Team: International, senior-level 🗣️ Language: English – minimum B2 About the project: We’re building a brand-new Big Data solution from scratch and are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong skills in Scala and Apache Spark to help us design and optimize the data architecture. Your responsibilities: Design and implement Big Data solutions using Spark and Scala Optimize system performance and architecture Analyze data sources, combine datasets, and ensure data quality Collaborate with an international project team Work independently and communicate proactively Requirements: 4–5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer Strong hands-on experience with Apache Spark and Scala Solid understanding of Big Data architecture and performance tuning Data analysis skills and experience with data quality assurance Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently English proficiency at B2 level or higher Recruitment process: Initial interview – 1.5h soft + technical conversation Optional follow-up – if needed What will the recruitment process look like: 1.
